Time and date TBA in advance of payment. If payment is made without first agreeing a time/date then no refund will be offered.

If you book a session and agree a time/date with myself but need to reschedule, I am willing to reschedule to a mutually agreed date within the following 2 weeks. If you are unavailable or a rescheduled date cannot be agreed then the session will not be refunded.
